These planners include everything from all of the events that are customary for your type of event to the music that will be played. I'am are here to help from day one of you acquiring my services. I'll get all of the music and events together and go over everything prior the week of your event. Then we will put together a detailed timeline of the order of your events and have it approved by you. After approval we will make copies for all your vendor's and facility manager, at your event that needs to keep up with the timeline of events. I'll make sure that all of your vendors are on the same page so nothing is missed.
